Tom Kelley, President of Gage Brothers and Cassandra Nicolai, Human Resources and Safety Manager for Gage Brothers, will be sharing the approach a century-old precast company used to prepare more than 250 employees for the transition into a new $40 million, high-tech manufacturing facility. You may have seen some media coverage on Gage Brothers that has documented the physical transition to their new plant and office. However, many may not realize that Gage Brothers has been equally invested in a cultural transformation that is happening in conjunction with its operational change.
This talk is titled Gage Brothers 2.0 to illustrate the company’s continued business evolution. Tom and Cassie will share with the approach they took and the outstanding results achieved along this journey.
Tickets limited to the first 60 to RSVP.
